V-Treat

The natural supplement that increases sex drive (libido)

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common male disease, with glycolipid metabolism disorder and oxidative stress induced by type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) as an important aspect of pathogenesis.

Pr
evious studies have confirmed that the incidence of ED in diabetes mellitus (DM) patients is as high as 32–90%, with an age of onset, is about 10 years earlier than non-DM patients.

Although there are many treatments for ED, the efficacy is not always completely sat
isfactory, especially for ED related to DM. Complete endothelial function is an important physiological basis for erectile function.
Each package contains: 30 veggie caps.

Description

A long-term high glucose environment causes an accumulation ofoxidative stress and damage in endothelial cells, which can lead to intravascular penile lumen stenosis and thrombosis followed by ischemia and hypoxia of the cavernous tissue, damage to smooth muscle, and fibrosis. eNOS plays a key role in NO production and relies on intact endothelial cell function. Abnormalities in eNOS expressionand activity due to endothelial dysfunction and NO synthesis disorders are considered to be caused by various vascular diseases, including DM. This is an important pathological basis for diseases such as ED, and this change often continues after blood glucose is controlled. (information source)

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is not negligible in terms of the number of men who suffer from this disorder, not to mention the fact for those who have ED there can be significant, long-term morbidity. Regardless of the cause, ED is not always easily treated, hence the search for treatments in addition to exploring secondary causes and using the pharmaceutical options available. (information source)

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to get or maintain an erection that is firm enough for sexual activity. ED is strongly related to both physical and psychological health.

Common causes of ED include:

  • Vascular disease: Reduced blood flow to the penis can cause ED.

  • Neurological conditions: Nerve damage from stroke, MS, or even diabetes can cause ED.

  • Mental health: Stress, depression, and performance anxiety can all contribute to ED.
A traumatic injury could also lead to an onset of ED.

Other risk factors for ED include:

  • Age (over 50)

  • Alcohol consumption

  • Drug use

  • Smoking

  • Obesity or lack of exercise

  • Sedentary lifestyle

  • Lack of sleep

  • Poor cardiovascular health (high cholesterol or high blood pressure)

Methyl cobolamin

Numerous studies have shown a relationship between homocysteine (HCY) elevation and erectile dysfunction (ED). Elevated levels of HCY are associated with endothelial dysfunction and uncoupling of the nitric oxide synthase enzyme; thus, we also see a relationship between hyperHCY and conditions with vascular underpinnings, including cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s disease, and chronic kidney disease. High levels of HCY also create oxidative stress by a variety of mechanisms, hence its broad relationship with many chronic conditions including depression and metabolic disease. Proper metabolism of HCY requires numerous B vitamins and depends on the functionality of several enzymes. Depletion of vitamin B12 or folate can have a major impact on HCY, increasing serum HCY by a factor of three to 20 times the upper normal limit. Low levels of folic acid have been shown in men with ED in multiple clinical studies. In addition to assessing B12 and folate levels, evaluation of serum methylmalonic acid (MMA) is important to distinguish between B12 and folate deficiencies. When MMA is not elevated but HCY is, a deficiency of folate is indicated, while if both are elevated, B12 is deficient.  (information source)

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 deficiency is widespread and more common in strict vegetarians. It is also more common in people with acid suppressing medications, people taking diabetes medications like metformin, and those exposed to glyphosate, a pesticide used in growing wheat. Many people get regular injections of B12. They have reported a number of benefits including noted higher energy levels, better brain function, and weight loss among other experienced benefits.Vitamin B12 or cobalamin is a water soluble vitamin and is vital to proper brain function, production of DNA, and red blood cells. It is stored in the liver and it can take years for deficiency to develop but that also means can take time to replenish. Consequences of vitamin B12 deficiency include neurological problems, fatigue, and pernicious anemia with reduced amount of red blood cells. Vitamin B12 shots are the most common way to prevent or treat a deficiency. They are given as hydroxycobolamine or cyanocobalamine and are very effective at raising blood levels of vitamin B12.

Here are 7 common symptoms of low Vitamin B12:

  • Fatigue

  • Skin Pallor

  • Headache

  • Feeling depressed

  • Oral and gastrointestinal issues

  • Difficulty with focus and cognitive executive function

  • Paresthesia in hands and feet

  • Muscle cramps and muscle weakness

  • Impaired coordination

  • Erectile dysfunction

  • Vision disturbances

Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is an important water-soluble vitamin involved in red blood cell production, brain health, and DNA synthesis. A deficiency in this key vitamin can cause serious symptoms, including fatigue, nerve damage, digestive issues, and neurological problems like depression and memory loss. Therefore, many people turn to vitamin B12 supplements to help meet their needs and prevent a deficiency.

Vitamin B12 supplements are typically derived from two sources: cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin. When cyanocobalamin enters your body, it’s converted into either methylcobalamin or adenosylcobalamin, which are the two active forms of vitamin B12 in humans. Unlike cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin is a naturally occurring form of vitamin B12 that can be obtained through supplements, as well as food sources like fish, meat, eggs, and milk. One review of seven studies showed that both methylcobalamin and a B-complex containing cyanocobalamin were effective in reducing symptoms of diabetic neuropathy, a complication of diabetes that leads to nerve damage. Additionally, several animal studies have found that each form could have neuroprotective effects and may be beneficial in treating conditions that affect your nervous system.

Horny Goat Weed is a herb (Epimedium) that is known for being an aphrodisiac and touted as a testosterone booster. It derives its layman names from goats and sheep who acted a bit more frisky after consuming Epimedium that grew near their fields. It is also sometimes referred to by its active ingredient, Icariin. Icariin is known as a prenylated flavonoid compound and has been shown to exert much of the aphrodisiac effects of Horny Goat Weed. It has also been shown in one rat study to increase testosterone levels at a rather high dose, and moderate dosages are shown to be beneficial for bone health. Icariin has not been shown to increase testosterone in females, yet two other compounds in Horny Goat Weed (Icaritin, Desmethylicaritin) have actually increased estrogen in post-menopausal females. The herb acts as an aphrodisiac in both genders, and the gender-specific hormone increasing could be beneficial for both genders. (information source

Green coffee

Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world, and for good reason. It has been shown that coffee can improve energy levels, help with focus, and is rich in health-boosting antioxidants. For men, a daily cup of coffee may do more than just wake up the brain. Some research suggests that men who drink two to three cups of coffee a day have lower odds of developing erectile dysfunction. Moderate caffeine intake appears to have a positive effect on most people and does not seem to cause erectile dysfunction. In fact, one study found that drinking two to three cups of coffee per day can lower the risk of developing ED.

In addition to providing a boost of energy, drinking a moderate amount of coffee each day can affect men’s reproductive health in other ways:

  • Erectile function

  • Fertility

  • Testosterone boost

In addition to sexual health, coffee may help improve heart health as well. Research suggests drinking coffee is associated with a lower risk of heart failure. (information source)

Tribulus:
Tribulus terrestris is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, which functions to tonify the kidney and calm the liver, and is often used for the treatment of eyesight, diuretic, cough, skin itching, headache and dizziness, and blockage of the mammary duct. In India, its fruit is also used to treat diseases such as infertility, impotence, ED, and low libido.

Modern research has shown that the main role of T. terrestris depends on the anti-inflammatory and anti-aging activities exhibited by steroidal saponins and steroids. GSST is often used to improve sexual function and has also been shown to improve insulin-dependent DM (Diabetic Melilotus) by inhibiting αglucosidase.

Clinical trials have demonstrated that GSTT can significantly improve blood glucose and anti-oxidative stress, and can inhibit apoptosis induced by oxidative stress, ROS is a product vof the combination of AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products) and RAGE (Receptor of Advanced Glycosylation End Products), and plays an important role in oxidative stress, which activates the redox-sensitive transcription factor nuclear factor-JB in vascular wall cells, promoting the expression of various atherosclerosis-associated genes and RAGE. gross saponin of T. terrestris improves erectile function of T2DMED rats by repairing endothelial cells, improving cavernosal smooth muscle fibrosis, and inhibiting smooth muscle cell apoptosis. In addition, there is a synergistic effect with sildenafil in the improvement of erectile function. (information source)
